First of all thanks, and here's my 2 pence worth. Remove the left space from middle pipe when implementing (so there's no spaces):
(^(6334)[5-9](\d{11}$|\d{13,14}$))|(^(6767)(\d{12}$|\d{14,15}$))
Also no need for the extra dollars:
(^(6334)[5-9](\d{11}|\d{13,14})$) |(^(6767)(\d{12}|\d{14,15})$)
