This is not correct. TCP/IP-Adresses to be composed of 4 blocks. If 127.1 expand to 127.0.0.1, is this an interpretation of an application. An adress 127.1.1 agreed in some application to 127.0.0.1, in other application to 127.1.0.1 .
Ping 127.1.1 "pings" 127.0.0.1 and shows in the statistic 127.1.0.1 .
