070 numbers are Personal Numbers charged at premium (small p) rates. 076 numbers (except for 07624) are used for pagers. 07624 is used by the Isle of Man. Try this: "^(\+44\s?|\(?0)7([45789]\d{2}|624)\)?\s?\d{3}\s?\d{3}$"
